EASY ENTERPRISE interface recertified by SAP AG

Mülheim an der Ruhr (Germany) – October 25, 2011 – As part of the three-year cycle of SAP’s certification program, the current integration software from EASY SOFTWARE for the SAP ArchiveLink software (BC-AL HTTP CS 6.20) has been successfully recertified. The EASY ENTERPRISE.x 3.2 interface is given the “SAP Certified – Integration with SAP NetWeaver” certification. The currently available version 3.2 of the EASY ENTERPRISE.x interface has been retested on the current Windows Server 2008 R2 operating system platform.
Certification of the EASY SOFTWARE interface confirms the extensive integration and application capacities of the products and solutions from the Mülheim-based software manufacturer for SAP ERP. It ensures security for long-term archiving from the SAP system and guarantees compatibility of both systems. The ArchiveLink interface facilitates archiving documents and data (such as purchase/sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, personnel documents, print lists) of the SAP system. Moreover, the option to store documents for various SAP sectorial solutions in an integrated manner is available. This includes both documents created within the SAP system and incoming documents captured using a scanner. Additionally, data archived by the ADK module to ease the load of the respective system database can be stored in EASY ENTERPRISE.x in a revision-proof manner.
The link with the SAP application documents ensures permanent easy access to the documents. The original document can be accessed directly by clicking from the respective SAP application transactions such as invoice display. This eliminates time-consuming processes such as duplicating originals and searching process-related information.
SAP has already certified EASY SOFTWARE products in numerous other sectors, particularly in the Information Lifecycle Management sector.

The market-leading software manufacturer from Mülheim already offers a variety of integrated products as part of its suite, so it is considered one of Germany’s largest providers of extension capabilities for SAP systems. The certified interface to EASY ENTEPRISE.x has already been made available to our customers under version number 3.2 SR2 HF1.
