More stability, enhanced performance and greater convenience – the 9th version of EASY for Dynamics NAV had a successful start in 2017. Many new features helped increase installation figures and elicited lots of positive feedback from partners and customers.
Microsoft’s requirements passed with flying Colors
Every two years, EASY also applies for a Microsoft certificate for Dynamic NAV. This year, EASY has once again fulfilled Microsoft’s extensive catalog of requirements with ease, even though the certification demands have become even tougher. While, in previous years, the emphasis lay on creating a technically clean and glitch-free solution, in 2017 the catalog focuses on user-friendliness. In order to improve usability, the Dynamic NAV team of developers added tooltips in both German and English.
Documentation was another field where EASY got high marks. Through screenshots of the individual pages and explanations for the action buttons and fields, EASY was able to optimize their documentation and thus simplifying the use of their solution.
What does the certification mean?
Digitization and its related programs in particular are subject to continuous change. The Microsoft certification for EASY for Dynamics NAV 9.2 means that the solution that is brought to the market is not only state-of-the-art, but also complies with all Microsoft standards. Moreover, the provided interface is compatible with all versions of NAV 2009 through NAV 2017 that are currently available, and supports the latest EASY technology. The interface is running stable and has been programmed so dynamically that the integration of industry solutions and individual adaptations is largely possible through configuration alone, with no programming required.
