EASY for Exchange Partner Tour 2017: Successful premiere

A successful premiere for the EASY for Exchange Partner Tour in the end-of-the-year sprint in 2017: In the space of three weeks, Marc Brudzinski, EASY Product Manager, and Ulf Wüstefeld, Product Owner of EASY for Exchange, visited ten selected partners to provide them personally with information about EASY for Exchange.

The theme of the tour was “inform, discuss, co-design.” “It is important for us to actively engage our partners in a dialog, to improve EASY for Exchange, and to introduce the people behind the product,” says Marc Brudzinski, Integration Product Manager at EASY SOFTWARE AG, about the goals of the event.


Valuable feedback

Together with Ulf Wüstefeld, Brudzinski listened to and discussed the requests, suggestions, and ideas of the EASY partners. “We are thrilled with the open and constructive exchange of ideas with our partners,” says Brudzinski. Ulf Wüstefeld adds, “We were able to come away with a lot of valuable input for the further optimization of EASY for Exchange.”


Southern Germany and Westphalia

In the second week of the EASY for Exchange Partner Tour 2017, southern Germany was first on the travel schedule– which meant meeting with real pros when it comes to e-mail archiving. One partner has already performed over 20 successful EASY xBase to EASY for Exchange migrations for their customers. Shop talk here was obviously at the highest technical level. The third week led EASY to Westphalia, and here too the look behind the EASY scenes thrilled all participants. Whether they were employees from sales, support and consulting, or management, everyone was greatly interested in an active exchange of ideas with EASY, and showed themselves excited and enthusiastic. Transparency creates trust –in 2018 as well

The evaluation from the EASY partners confirmed the positive start of the first week. Statements such as “transparency creates trust,” “the direct and personal exchange of ideas was very efficient,” or “more of this” clearly show that the EASY for Exchange Partner Tour was a resounding success.

The logical result: On February 13th, 2018, during the EASY for Exchange Partner Tour Review, EASY will present a summary and the results of the Partner Tour to all the partners we visited. We look forward to seeing you again!
